OoOo Ruffles!!!!

I am so sorry that I have been such a bad blogger lately, I just haven't had any time to take pictures over the past two weeks :(

Yesterday I bought this adorable top from Ricki's and had to show you all!!!
I love that it's a neutral colour, with a subtle pattern and the ruffles, I love ruffles!!!!
