STRONGER | Women’s Activewear & Lifestyle Brand | Review

It has been quite a since my last post and I want to be more consistent and commit myself to doing at least one post a month! If you do want to follow me however, check out my Instagram, as I post on there almost every day. 

On to today’s post, about an activewear/lifestyle brand for women that I was just recently introduced to - STRONGER.

STRONGER is a lifestyle brand based out of Sweden that empowers women to feel strong, beautiful and confident. Their pieces and designs are inspired by the changes that women experience throughout their lives that lead us to live our most active and confident lives. Their motto is “If you are the strongest version of yourself in every facet of your life, you will look as beautiful as you feel.”

The first thing that I want to talk about is their packaging, all items come in an individually sealed bag that is reusable, vs plastic that needs to be thrown out. 

I was also very happy with the quality of both items. The leggings are squat test approved and they have a high-waisted fit. Both pieces feel amazing on, have great flexibility and feel incredibly durable. As for sizing, I do recommend that if you are in between sizes to go up one, as they do fit on the small side.

I am wearing the Roar leggings and the Cush hoodie in olive. Both pieces are super comfortable and I love that they can be worn casual as well.

Transitioning to Fall

Hello lovelies,

The air is getting crisp and that Fall breeze is here to stay. Although the summer heat has not entirely disappeared, I am ready to start rocking some Fall transitional outfits. Below are some of my favourite trends for the season and tips on how I will be switching up my Summer styles to make them work for the current "Pre-Fall" weather.

The first look is perfect for when the weather is warmer during the day and it doesn't scream Fall however, throw a cardi on top or a leather jacket and you are set for that Fall breeze.
Floral jeans are a trend that I am LOVING this season and dressing them up with a heel, will take them from day to night.

This next look is one of my favs, because I LOVE cozy sweaters and the touches of pink, make this an easy transitional look for Fall. Adding a classic black suede bootie dresses this look up, making it appropriate for an event.

The last look I created is literally one that you will catch me in almost everyday this Fall. I picked this look because it is cozy and casual and can be dressed up or down, depending on where I am going. A faux fur vest over a cozy knit with combat boots is the ultimate in comfort. Add a floppy hat and oversized bag and this is the perfect city outfit.
